Hope for the best

After invoicing my order on 13 Dec2020, u was promised delivery on 29/12 /20. When I I phoned to check if on schedule, I was thinking of my order will definitely be deli on 6/1/21 and that my package was already with the courier.Lies! On 6/1/21 I emailed to check if it will be delivered that day.... and received a definitely will be delivered. More lies! The same day I received a Msg from the courier, Karabo, that my package will be picked up on the 8/1/21. How do you send the customer a delivery date when the courier don't even have the package?Which of course I questioned. Then I received another email of my updated delivery date namely 12/1/21.They don't answer their phone and most of the time you get computer generated mages. Yes their prices are too good to be true, but their customer service are totally opposite, putrid, disappointing and you cannot trust their word. I'm praying my package come on the last date they gave.
