Good prices, poor service

I am not happy with the way my order was delivered. It was delivered in pieces. they said my order was coming from different branches. the first delivery was on time the other took 4 days to be delivered I struggled to get through to their call center YOU ARE ALWAYS CALLER NUMBER 15.
