Ghost...No Communication

I am utterly disappointed at the level of service delivery from this company. I regret not reading reviews before ordering. I placed an order on Nov 25 2020, expected delivery was 7th Dec 2020. Till this day my delivery is nowhere, I have sent emails to support not even once did they respond; let me not even begin about their non answered phone lines. It's like dealing with a ghost, no communication whatsoever! I'm big on online shopping and I have never met such a challenge, It is so frustrating!!!! Never ever again... Wow
