Fustrated Mr Shopper customer

The worst online shopping experience. I ordered a 57cm weber on the 07/01/2021 from Mr Shopper. Paid for it on the same day as it stated in stock on the product. Delivery date was 18/01. That was the only communication I received from them. Came 18/01, no delivery. Gave it a few days then emailed. No response. Tried calling numbers on site. 1 is always going to mailbox and the other does not exist. Eventually chatted on the site. Was told delivery will be on the 03/02. As previously no item and no communication. I tried again on several emails and chats. Took a few days before they got back to say delivery is now on the 10 or 11/02. Sent a message today to confirm as the status on my account still says processing, which is the oddest thing ever, since its been over a month since I ordered. The response took a while, then I was informed that it would be delivered on the 19/02. Ive left my contact number and several messages for somone to get back to me regarding a refund. No response. If someone out there has a contact number, would really appreciate it. This is so unprofessional.
