********** company, bad customer service

Placed an order on the 22nd of November 2020. Order was told to take 10 working days. On the the 23rd of Desember Mr Shopper informed us to come and collect rather, because their transportation company is not delivering. We are in CPT and they wanted us to arrange transport in JHB to CPT. We told them that its outrageous and order a refund. The financial department asked us for our banking details..... we are now in end February and they are ignoring our mails. They owe us R9500.00 and we are getting the impression that we are not going to see our money back. We urge everyone to please dont purchase from them, they are a ********** company and their customer service is the worst. Our next step is to small claims court, after going to the police.
