*****ed

I came to conclusion this shop has de*****ed. An *** completed on 25th November has not been delivered as promised. They are not answering calls. On my email follow up, they keep on asking my proof of payment that I have sent it more than 10 times. I am now requesting my refund as they failed my their lies and will not trust them anymore.
