Faulty product, but excellent service.

Delivery was as stated, no problem except delivery was already too late. Chair was faulty and could not be assembled. This was dealt with relatively quickly and professionally and would not stop me buying from Mr Shopper again. 3 stars as the product was faulty, service afterwards was good.
