False Promises

I don't know what more to do with this company. It has been one bad experience after the other.

Please can someone assist me with a refund that was due on Wednesday..I'm still waiting on it.

No replies on chat/emails or voice messages..even the telephone lines ...

If anyone is working please assist me.
