Failed to deliver on 3 occasions

I am very disappointed with Mr Shopper. They were supposed to make a delivery and then did not show up. They then moved the delivery date and again did not show up, and then did the same for the 3rd time. I then sent them emails and tried to call the customer care. My emails are not being answered and as soon as I state my problem the online chat bot staff start to ignore me. Also when I call customer care I wait a few minutes and reach an answering machine. It is unacceptable to take someone's money and not deliver their items 2 months later and then not engage with any of their enquiries. I am unsure if this company is just managed very poorly or if they use this as a method to ***** money from people, however, it is unacceptable. If they are struggling with delivery or whatever aspect, they need to explain the problem to the customer. It is unfortunate that they have put me in the position to write this review, but since I reached out multiple times for assistance, with nothing being done, I am forced to take further action. This is the first step in that process.
