Extremely bad service

I ordered a hard drive on the 23rd of November and they said it would be delivered on the 2nd of December. The 5th of December somebody called that a courier will contact me with details for the delivery. As of today nothing happened. It was a Christmas gift. I phoned them now and you can only leave a message. I will never use them again. I could have paid a little more at Takealot and would have received my order already.
