Extremely bad service

Mr Shopper the most ridiculous company their service is absolutely shocking ordered a fridge 3 weeks ago to date it has still not being delivered. They did not stick to the delivery date that was communicated on their email confirmation. They also don't call you for an update. We have been constantly calling them they promise to call you back and they don't.

Called them again this morning spoke to a manager Brandon or Branon he promised that it would be delivered today between 3 to 6 today and guess what as per usual they did not stick to their promise.
