Empty promises from Mr Shopper

I will never buy anything from Mr Shopper ever again. I bought a chest freezer on 2 January 2021 and they promised to deliver by 11 January 2021. When I contacted them they promised that it would be delivered on 18 January 2021. Contact person promised to track the item and get back to me on 22 January 2021. On 25 January 2021 I've asked to be refunded. Now I cannot get hold of them and I want my money back.
