Empty Promises

Empty promises! My order was supposed to be delivered on the 9th December. They phoned me on the 9th to tell me the order was only shipped on the 9th December. Today is the 17th December, still have not received anything as yet. They do not answer phones! I surely will never make use of Mr Shopper ever again!
