Don't use Mr Shopper EVER!!!!!

If i could them less than one star i would. I placed an order on the 30th November and only on the 14th January was i able to get hold of anyone on the phone. Never mind that i had sent over 50 emails and tried calling them countless times. On the 14th January they yold me that the item that i had purchased was out of stock and therefore i asked for a refund. To date i have not been able to get hold of anyone as i still have not received my refund. Its ridiculous. What kind of business are they.
