Don't trust Mr Shopper

Don't support Mr Shopper. Our order #41598 was promised for same week delivery. If we track the shipping it says it was shipped on the 7/12/2020 and now its the 11/12/2020, no sound bar and not TV has arrived. There promised can not be trusted. Maybe pay a little more and have peace of mind. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails.
