DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH MR SHOPPER!

I bought a vacuum cleaner from MR Shopper. To date I have not received my purchase. I emailed and went on their life chat, no response. I called to find out about my purchase, goes through to a non-existing extension that is not available. I want my money back.
