I ordered a HISENSE - 670L black side-by-side fridge and water dispenser (#CA101774) on the 19th January 2021, I paid them in full from my FNB account into their FNB account. So they got their money immediately. Then their **** started. The delivery date kept changing, from 27 January to 1st February to 9 February to 18th February- TODAY. - I put in a request for refund on the 9th February, I was told by a customer care consultant Brian - That it would take 5-8 days to refund me. I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MONEY. EK WAG NOG. You call them, you spend so much time and airtime waiting for someone to answer your call, when Brian does answer, he claims patience didn't do her job. So lyk vir my, is net Patience en Brian wat daar werk, en Patience doen ook vokol en Brian belieg almal. My husband drove to their Address: 98 Richards Dr, Halfway House, Midrand, 1685. Spoke to this same Brian who now claims their FNB account is on Hold. My husband said there were other people also there who were demanding their purchases or their money back. I have since contacted FNB for a reversal and reported their account for *****. Now, I know someone might say why did you buy here ? But we were enticed by the deal we were getting and thought we'd give them a shot, I mean we buy online all the time from places like Takealot so thought they would be safe too.... nou sit ons hier, no fridge, no money.
