DO NOT USE MR SHOPPER!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely shocking service from Mr Shopper and Pelican Express. I have ordered a bicycle for my son on the 10th of Nov. Was told delivery would be 16 Nov. Oh, and today is the 14th of Dec, NOTHING!!!!!! They don't answer their calls, emails, or online chat. When I manage to eventually get hold of Pelican Express, they keep telling me "your order will be delivered today" That has been said for the past 3 weeks. I am beyond frustrated!!!!!!! I am trying to cancel my order, but guess what, no one is getting back to me. Has anyone got an address for me, I will go and collect my order myself?! Seriously ****ed off with both Mr Shopper and Pelican Express. DO NOT USE THEM, YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND PATIENCE.
