Do not support this horrible company

This is the second review I am writing about this company and their abhorrent service. On 22/12/2020 I ordered a ps4 from this company and after a almost a month of waiting they never delivered. I have repeatedly complained and asked for a refund on my R5000 but all I get are support tickets that are never answered. This is truly revolting service.
