Do not buy from Mr Shopper

I finally received my refund today, after a month of the supposed delivery date ( and failed delivery ). I put up a fight because no one from Mr Shoppers bothers to communicate with you in anyway way possible. I basically called them everyday nonstop to get my refund. Just as I was about to open a case against them, I received my refund. All in all this was my First and Last time buying anything from them. They have no sense of what customer service is and it’s a mission to contact them, you lose your money calling them, just a waste of time and no goods received. For those giving Mr shopper positive reviews, I don’t believe in anything you say. I still advise people to not do business with them.
