Do not buy from Mr Shopper

Delivery date supposed to be 10 days from the date of purchase. This date was missed without any correspondence. When I enquired I was given another date. This also passed without any communication. No new dates were provided despite subsequent mails and internet chats requesting this. Requested via email to get a refund and no response has been obtained. Just waited on a call centre line only to be told that there was no one at the extension I had dialled. Save yourself the trouble and do not use them.
