Do not buy from Mr Shopper

********!!!! Do not buy from them. Ordered items on 3 December 2020. Delivery date was said to be 17 December 2020. Was phoned and told that delivery will be 5 working days after 17th. I started phoning them after the 5 working days expired but kept being cut off. When I eventually got through on 5 January 2021 I was told I can have refund and will be e-mailed a refund form. By 7 January 2021 I phoned again. I was asked for my order number and placed on hold for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes I was cut off again. No goods, no refund, no communication. Don't expect anything from them. They will take your money and you will get nothing in return.
