Dissapointed with Mr Shopper

I purchased a pool on the 15th Dec 2020 & received confirmation that delivery will be on 24th Dec 2020. I called on 23rd Dec to check delivery status & was told that delivery will be on 7th Jan 2021. I was not happy but had no choice. The item never came. I called again on the 8th Jan 2021 & was told that there was no stock available. I have called them several times thereafter & most of the times it goes on voicemail or there is no one available. I have forwarded my banking details to the email requested by the consultant & my last call to them was on the 19 March 2021. The consultant advised me that someone will call me by 14:30 that afternoon. I am still waiting. Its gone more than 3 months. No refund & no pool
