DISHONEST ********
If i could give this company a -10 i would! Disgusting, dishonest, unprofessional and appalling!!!! I ordered a wasing machine online on the 5th Dec 2020. Was told it would be delivered 7-10 days. After waiting for over 6 weeks and many calls to them where i was told the washimg machine is coming and never did, last Monday i called and requested a refund since clearly deliver seemed impossible. A Lisa captured my request and assured me i should have my money within 3 days. Thursday came and went. Tried to call for a follow up. Would be put on hold for 5-10min, then an automated response that it is unavailable.
I still do not have my money back!!!!!

20 Jan 2021, 20:35Mr. Shopper sent me an email yesterday after responding on this platform requesting my banking details. I sent them my banking details this afternoon. I will do a follow up review on Monday on whether they have refunded my money or not. Hopefully i have my money by friday and have a positive feedback. Thank you

21 Jan 2021, 10:25Mr. Shopper emailed me this mornibg confirming receipt of my banking details and advised that the refund will be effected in 3-8 days. Now i think this is bull **** because it means it takes them 2 weeks to pay back my money when it took seconds to take it. Their peers take 2-3 days, which effectively makes it acceptable industry standard. I find this highly unacceptable. Will provide more feedback next week bcoz it should be 6 days on Friday and hopefully i will have my money back.
