DISGUSTING AND ANNOYING SERVICE

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE.

I ordered roller skates for my kids on 12/012/2020 for Christmas and they delivery date was set as 29/12/2020. This was only delivered on 12/01/2021 after several chats on the online chat. When I opened the package they had the wrong sizes. they delivered the smaller sizes. I have tried to contact them, their telephone number goes to voicemail after holding for more than 5 minutes. Their consultants (Tsholo & Nomsa) on the online chat are useless, they are online but they never respond to any questions, they have promised that a consultant will call me but i'm still waiting. The service is ********** and disgusting. No customer service at all. If any one buys from Mr Shopper you must be prepared for the WORST customer service ever.
