Disgraceful

Not even one star! This company appears to be a ****. I ordered mid November, paid them R6.5k and no delivery, no refund. They have a woman on their website question and answer who does not seem to have any authority in the company. She replies politely to messages but doesn't give feedback. Its a disgrace.
