Delivery ETA or ****?

i purchased a Fridge from Mr Shopper on the 29 November, it's now 10 December , i have no notification when delivery will be and also the number they have *** is never answered. Am told am this number in the queue but once it rings no one answers. the Chat box also , it shows someone is online , but that person never answerers as well. So I want to know when am i getting my order? your online tracking also does not work.
