DELIVERY DELAYED WITH TWO WEEKS AND PENDING!

I thought it wise to support newbie's on the block as Makro's service delivery was so poor. But oh dear! what a mistake! Mr Shopper does not seem to have personnel to answer their phone. After holding on for a period of time you summarily are cut off. They did finally send an apologetic email., But Really? The reply was they unexpectantly got too busy! Initially the promised delivery date was set at the 28th of October(purchased item on the 22nd of October) I thought "Wow! that's service" It is now the 10th of November and still nothing.

I have been in desperate need of the item twice since promised delivery date. I really feel there is a lack of pride in work by management and staff - they obviously DON'T CARE! at any rate since they were so very busy to honour and unable to honor their promises, they hopefully will now be so peacefully quiet that they will indeed be able to deliver on time and Answer enquiries! Very Disillusioned.
