Delivery

I just want to complain as well. I ordered on the 28th of November. They said that I will receive my order on the 8th of December. Then when I went online to tack my order I see that it has changed to the 11th of December. I tried the online chat. Someone has come back to me '' Leander" is the name. Gave me another cell number as well so not working. I sent a whatsapp only to be contacted yet again. This is the message I received and nothing till today. "Due to high volumes it may take us a little while to connect you to an available WhatsApp helper but will respond as soon as possible."please I don't want to intimidate anyone. But I just want someone to help me. Please..
