Delayed delivery frustrations

I have ordered a desk from them. First time using them. The delivery date has been delayed 3 times now. They have not even emailed me when the latest date is yet. I understand things are slower during the lockdown, but they do not communicate well. Will not be using them again. Would rather use a company within my province to stop this from happening. Whenever I phone them they only answer after the 6th time and their systems are always down and they have to phone me back.
