Changing delivery dates without notice

I ordered from Mr Shopper and my invoice said I going to get my order on the 10th of November. I got a call on the 11they were telling my I was going to get my order on the 13th which was a friday. nothing came on that day and I tried contacting them for a while until I talked to one of the agents telling there was a mixup with my order. I waited a for another week till my order was delivered
