Buy at own RISK, You have been warned

I placed my order on the 24th November 2020 and my delivery date was changed 5 times and they have failed to deliver, Now I have asked for my refund for order : 41443 they have all my Banking details and they are not refunding. Spoke to Katlego, Brian and Archie all not so helpful.
