Biggest **** ever!

I wish I read the reviews before I purchased from Mr Shopper. What a **** and the worst case of customer service that I have ever experienced! My child needed a desk for home schooling. I purchased this on 7th January 2021 and the delivery date was 18th January. Needless to say the date passed and then I was given a new delivery date which was 5 February. Since the January deadline passed I have been requesting a refund on at least 8 occasions. No one answers the phone. I called 3 times and used a lot of airtime waiting in the queue. As soon as I reached the front of the queue there was voice mail to say that no one was available. I emailed a few times and eventually Nomsa emailed me now and again. She **** to say that a waybill was being sent to me and that I would receive delivery on 5th February. I have expressed the urgency of the desk as I need to be reimbursed to purchase another one. I have sent several emails to the payments and support section but I am just being ignored. This afternoon I will be laying a charge of theft against them. Hopefully something will come of this. I am also enlisting the services of Devi Sankaree Govender to expose them for who they are.
