Biggest **** Comany! Takes money and doesn't deliver!

I ordered an aircon on the 30th of October. My delivery date as per their email was the 6th of November. I didn't receive anything nor did they inform me as to what is happening and why i received no parcel. I called them around the 10th to say its 4 days past the date and I've received nothing, they apologised and told me that my parcel will be delivered in 3 days time.
