BEWARE - ********** ONLINE SHOPPING WEBSITE

I purchased a Nintendo Switch from Mr. Shopper on the 03/12/2020 as a Christmas gift and was expecting delivery on the 16/12/2020. I still have not received delivery of the product. I have made numerous phone calls and email requests for a refund and was promised that a refund will be processed immediately by Archie. Nothing has come of it. All calls now seem to go to a voice mailbox. Please be wary when purchasing from this site. It appears to be a big ****! No item ever gets delivered!
