Beware - Either poorly equipped to deal with customers or ********** ********

I have now called you on at least 10 occasions to get an update on order #42757– each time the call counts down the number of people in the queue and after about 15-20 min goes directly through to an answering machine. I have also sent 4 emails requesting cancellation and a refund but as of yet I have not received any response – other than the automated response telling me you will respond in 8 business hours.

WARNING - do not use these guys - they are at the best very poorly equipped to deal with customers and at worst ********** ******** – either way please don’t waste your money and time.
