Below Zero Customer Service

I ordered a play station4 on the 08th Sep and they are yet to deliver it. 1 consultant telling me lies every-time I call. Customer service is below zero. They don't answer calls, don't respond to emails. Their favorite line "You will receive your order in 2 days". This guys are really bad, I this is a **** as no proper company can behave like this.
