Been since waiting for my TV to be exchanged

I have been waiting for Mr Shopper to come and exchange the television they delivered last week, I has a noticeable scratch on it. I ordered a 65 inch TV and it had a big scratch on the screen. I contacted them and they told me a driver will be send. I have been waiting this whole week. today is Friday, still nothing
