Bad service /****

Mid November 2020, I bought playstation online. Mr Shopper sent me a response that they will deliver the goods on the 7 December 2020. After the 7th they said on the 22 Dec 2020. I've tried to call them several times to arrange my own courier. They are always not available on their phones. They put you on hold for 5 minutes. +***2.
