Bad service recieved from Mr Shopper

I have placed an order 43918 on the same date as Marius T - paid for and promised to deliver on the 22 Dec till today i am waiting for that delivery. Calling them directly, using chatting online, WhatsApping them and emailing all these exercises i tried them with no success expect on the 21 Dec Leander responded to my email when i asked him what time will they deliver. Said they will send a notification the following day when the courier take the order from the store. On the day i emailed him since he said is going to check till today and never again responded to any form of communication i have sent. Mr shopper your services is very very bad when you suppose to deliver. Please respond to our communication or change the status of our orders you cant process the order from the day it was placed untill after proposed date of delivery. You collected our money your treatment is disgusting. I need to know where is my order or refund back my money
