BAD SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION

I placed an order and paid for it in December 4, 2010 Which was supposed to be delivered on December 17, 2020. Up to now I have not received the goods. I tried calling but they put me on hold until I was caller number 4 to 1 then continued holding, finally sent me to voicemail. This is the same every time I call. I send them emails, the reply send they will respond in 7 days but the never reply. No one is answering the online chat. CAN NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE
