Bad service from Mr Shopper

Placed an order with Mr Shopper on 27 November for 3 lounges. Paid in full via eft and was told delivery would be on 10th December. Sent multiple enquiries on their official site only to get an automated response that told me someone would get back within 8 working hours. Still waiting. Trying to phone their customer care line is just as bad. You hang on because you are number whatever in the queue and when you finally get to be answered, you are told that the operator is unavailable and you should leave a message. I am really so unimpressed, I would really like to request a refund of my money, but that too seems to be one of the labours of Hercules to achieve. This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional
