Bad service delivery

Bought a dishwasher online on 25 October 2020 its now 16 November 2020 and still didn't receive it. Just alot of promises but the dishwasher doesn't seem to end up at my house. Very poor customer service. Will no recommend anyone to purchase goods from this company.
