Bad service

I ordered the xiaomi note 8 pro,paid full cash via payfast on the 27 Nov dilivery date was supposed to be the 8th dec,still hasn't received not even a word from them and I would like to be refunded,because clearly I won't be receiving my phone anytime soon.
