Bad service and no communication

Bad customer service i have order on the 11th of December 2020 and i have not received it until today. So i requested a refund and they told me to wait 5 to 10 working day and that has elapsed and still have i have not been refuned. Im still fighting with them to refund me and won't give up. Dont waste your time and money trying to buy fron them.
