Bad Service

@ Mr Shopper they have a very bad service, at first when i saw the reviews previously written i had told my self that i was just an angry customer and yet i found myself being one currently. i ordered a product on the 14 of November 2020 and has said it should be delivered to my place i only found out on the 2nd of December 2020 that they are unable to deliver the product i then requested a refund and guess what i was sent proof of payment, these payments were separated different amounts and when i pay my money was taken all at once not in different amounts, now i have only received one payment of the two when they were wired in the same day the 4th of December. why do i have to receive my monies in different payments???/
