Bad service

Who can I speak to that can actually take my call or query I paid a lot of money for something that was supposed to be delivered on the 7th then it was the 10th then the 11th and still no delivery. I have never been so frustrated or disappointed with an online service as now. How will I ever be comfortable buying anything from you again. This was my first time buying and what an experience it was.
