Bad Service

I ordered a Bennett Read Vacuum Cleaner on 6th December and paid. I was told it would be delivered by 20th December. Nothing. So I try and track my order and it says "processed". I try and chat online and I get a reply and then I think the person attending to my query must have fallen asleep as 3 hours later, just no reply!!!! I phone the number I found on the internet and it says voicemail full. SO?? How else does one find out about their pending order?
