Bad service

I have place an order in November and they have given me a delivery date that they failed to stick to. I followed up using all the means of communication with no response. When u call their call center they have a nerve to tell you that your caller number 5 on the line and when it's your turn they advise that the call center agent is not available you can live a massage and they will call you back. The frustrating thing you don't even know how to get your refund. They are a ****.
