Bad Service!!

I don't understand how a business can be run so badly?! I ordered on the 29th November 2020 and delivery date was received via email for the 12th of December which didn't happen. I sent an email on the 14th only to receive an automated mail to say they will get back to me in 8 business hours. 9 DAYS later still nothing! There is no answer on whatsapp and the chat function, they do answer in the beginning but as soon as you ask where your order is etc..... Dead silence! All forms of communication are useless!! Most times if you phone the mailbox is either full or if you are lucky to fall in a queue (mine was fifth in line) I still didn't get to speak to anyone just went to voicemail again. I just want what I ordered delivered or a refund so that I can order elsewhere. First time buyer but definetly the last.
